What type of class are most women interested in?
Women are most interested in just a fun way to get there work out in.
They may want something new and exciting for their partner.
Those interested in learning advanced pole moves are looking to
challenge themselves in new ways…and most are interested in a playful
combination.
Watch your self-confidence and strength grow as you re-discover your
power and natural beauty.
Our classes have a supportive and friendly atmosphere where everyone
is welcome no matter what your age, shape or size.
What are the class sizes?
You will receive personalized attention with small classes from 5-6 people
Is there an age or weight limit?
You must be at least 18yrs old. There is a weight limit with the advanced
pole moves of 200lbs,but there is lots to learn before that.
This is not a discrimination but an equipment limitation.
What will I need to wear?
For class you can wear sports bras, tank tops, tight short sleeve t-shirts,
boy shorts, biker shorts, or yoga pants. Pants can not be worn with
advanced moves so you can grip with your legs. We will start without
heels but you may bring heels with you.
For parties you can bring boy shorts, biker shorts, yoga pants, skirts,
bra, sports bra, costumes, tube tops, fish net tops, fish net stockings,
Stiletto shoes, boots, or bare feet.
If I decide to wear stilettos which shoes should I wear?
Make sure your shoes are not higher than 6 inches. Your shoes need to
have a strap around your ankle so that you can balance better when you
dance.
Do I need to be a dancer, skinny, or athletic to take a class or
workshop?
Pole Dance is for women of all ages, sizes, shapes, and levels.
You do not need to have dance experience. Pole dancing does require
some upper body strength, especially for the intermediate/advanced
work, but you will be shown how to build that.
Any other requirements?
Do not wear any oils, lotions or moisturizers on your legs or arms, as this
impedes pole gripping and can make it dangerous. If you use hair
product, please be sure to scrub your hands right after to wash off all
product. Please remove all jewelry before going on to the pole.
This protects the pole from scratches and you from injury.
Where do the classes & workshops take place?
In your home or in intructor's home
Do I need to be pre-registered or can I just show up at a class?
You must be pre-registered to attend any sensual or pole dance
workshop, class or event. If you speak with Francine and there is space
open, you can pay in class.
CLASS REGISTRATION requires full payment. Please be sure to include
a current telephone number so that I may contact you in the event of an
emergency cancellation. I send out an email with detailed information
approximately 1 week prior to all events. (Private parties and
Bachelorette parties require a deposit of half the balance.)
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund will be made if cancellation is received at least 3 days prior to
the class. There is no credit if you do not show up. There is no make up
class in any weekly series (unless otherwise specified).
One week cancellation required for all weekend bookings of private
parties/lessons.
24 hours notice for cancellation of private lessons.
Do you sell Gift Certificates?
Yes! Just let us know what you are interested in!
Should I take a private lesson or group class?
That is up to you. Private lessons may take place in your home or
instructor's home. We work with your skill level and pace.
If the group classes are scheduled at times which do not work for you,
then privates are the way to go. If you are planning a special
performance, private lessons may get you to your goals sooner.
Group classes are more economical but fill up fast. You will learn a lot in
a group class and there is a lot of personalized attention because only a
small number is allowed.
Can my boyfriend, girlfriend, best friend come watch the class?
To protect the privacy of our students, we do not allow visitors in the class.
If it is a private lesson, you may. You must be enrolled in a class to attend.
Who is the Instructor?
Francine Goodson She has had several years in fitness and dance and
now has the goal of sharing her ideals with others.
Where can I practice Pole Dancing after I take a class?
If you want to practice pole dancing and you can buy a removable pole
designed for renters and home owners who do not want to make holes in
the floor.

Where can I buy sexy clothing?
There are several stores online or an adult store also sells outfits.
